According to the guidelines of Rajkot Nagrik Sahakari Bank Ltd. and under the able and noble guidance of Shree Pravinbhai Ratilal Maniar, Vyavasay Vidya Pratishthan Trust was established in the year 1996.

Indubhai Parekh School of Archtecture in the first architecture college of Saurashtra and Kutch region. The academic session started from the year September 2000. This college is recognized by Council of Architecture and affiliated to Saurashtra University. The college emphasizes on cultural and character building of the future architect of the nation. The students are inculcated with the objectives of self confidence and ideal qualities.

• It is the biggest library in the region of Gujarat Educational Zone having 12250 Sq. Ft. construction at Ground floor and first floor lelvel fully equipped library building.
• The building of library is surrounded by natural landscaping which makes the area glorious.

• More than 30,000 books classified to D.D.C system. Available books covered various discipline of engineering. Architecture, culture & heritage of India etc. and helped the students / staff to update in their knowledge.
• More then 1500 DVD / CD available for further reference.
• More than 91 national & international Journals / Magazines subscribed regularly for enhancement of knowledge. Also bounded book volume of journals and magazines are available for ready reference.
• More than 354 online journals / magazines subscribed.

• Library Hours :- 7 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.
• LIBRARY WILL REMAIN OPEN ON HOLIDAYS IF REQUIRED.

• All the users are required to maintain proper discipline within the Library Premises, and observe Library rules.
• Silence shall be observed in the Library.
• Damage to the Library may lead to withdrawal of library privileges, and in serious cases, to heavy fine and other disciplinary action.
• Only light writing material shall be allowed inside the Library. Personal books, files, bages etc. shall be out of the Library.
• Any member who is found guilty of taking a book or other reading material out of the Library without authorization shall be liable to withdrawal of Library privileges and / or fine. Disciplinary action will be taken.

• Keeping in view the objectives of U.G.C library automation programme, the library is well equipped with the library software "SOUL" Developed by INFLIBNET Centre Ahemdabad for the libraries.
• The library is fully computerized by the common campus barcode facility.
• The library contains the internet and intranet facilities on both the floors.
• The library is equipped with high configuration computer systems containing 17" TFT screens, DVDs, CD Writers, Network printers ( Laser, Inject and Dotmatirix ), ALL IN ONE ( fax, phone, xerox ), high speed scanner, speakers, multimedia projector with document camera, laptop, microphone , etc facilities.
• Book issue/return transaction is done quickly by high-tech barcode scanning systems which saves the time of library user.

• The bulding is equipped with high resolution 8.264 hardware compressor 1/3 audio/video camera for monitoring purpose.

• For Quick Reference, four computers are installed with SOUL Software nodes at the entrance area.
• The information regarding subject headings and sub topics can be assessed quickly.
• About 16 keywords like titles, authors , publishers, free text search, bullion search can be assessed easily.
