There is a strong link between the continuing development of the institute’s staff and the development of the institution. One of the undoubted strengths of the Institute is the skill and knowledge of our staff and we encourage them to develop both professional and personal skills as well as knowledge appropriate to their role. To name a few areas, we have initiated

• Interdisciplinary Dialogue
  In order to enlighten the faculty about the recent advances in the technological areas other than their own discipline, an interdisciplinary interactive forum has been launched.
• Self Improvement
  We have initiated a faculty enrichment program, under which they are encouraged to undertake research projects, conduct and participate in seminars/workshops and are also promoted for higher studies.

The college promotes the staff members to pursue higher studies like M.E./M.Tech./Ph.D. Many of the staff members have upgraded themselves to higher degrees. Presently many staff members are pursuing higher studies in various reputed universities.

We also encourage the staff members to participate in various conferences,seminars, STTPs (Short Term Training Programs) and workshops so that they can continuously update themselves about latest developments in respective branches.
